希丁克：滕哈赫在曼联给自己聚集太多亲信，没有融入俱乐部文化

11月28日讯荷兰老帅希丁克近日接受荷兰媒体 Voetbal International采访时，谈到了滕哈赫执教曼联出现的问题。

滕哈赫通过自己的人际网络为曼联带来奥纳纳、利桑德罗、德利赫特乃至教练员哈克、范尼等人，对此，希丁克表示：“每个人都有自己的工作方式，但让我惊讶的是，滕哈赫在自己的身边聚集了这么多‘亲信’，这样一来，他把自己变成了一座孤岛，很难融入俱乐部的文化，也会受到质疑。”

希丁克提到，范加尔在执教巴萨时也有过类似的情况：“我自己在国外执教时只带一名助手，我会和他一起解决足球方面的问题。然后我会选择当地的训练员和教练员，他们对当地的俱乐部和他们国家的足球比较熟悉。”

希丁克还指出了滕哈赫在面对媒体时的方式存在问题：“在如何评价你的问题上，你实际上才是‘外人’，有时候，你只需要在这方面眨眨你的眼睛就好。我的意思是，我们谈论的是足球，而不是战争与和平。当攻击向你袭来，你不应同样的方式回应。”
